How long does it take for the Box to Arrive?

We ship from central Chicago and from there it takes 2-4 days within the US to reach you. If you are concerned your shipment, may be lost please contact us at rpmcrate@gmail.com with your tracking information and order number so we can help you out! 

When do boxes ship?

Every month BETWEEN 17TH AND 25TH, via USPS, tracking number included. 

How do I cancel or skip my subscription?

Simple, just email us rpmcrate@gmail.com - no worries. We'll be right here if you need us again. You can also skip a month if you need to! Email us at rpmcrate@gmail.com and we'll take care of you.

How do I update my billing info?

You can do this by logging into your RpmCrate account and changing your payment information.

What's your returns and refund policy?

If you are looking to make a return for the subscription box. We offer a refund when the unused product is sent back. Please email us at rpmcrate@gmail.com and we can help you out!Please note : that refunds for 3 and 6 month subscriptions will be based on the amount of boxes you've received.
